This original oil painting was painted from a photograph I took of Pass Run, a small stream in Madison County, VA. Doubletop Mountain is visible in the background. Some scenes I am drawn to and I cannot explain why, they stir something in my soul, it's like a longing.

This painting is varnished and framed with a handsome maple floating frame.
