"Temporary World" Open Edition Print

11"x14" full size (approximately 9"x12" image area with white border).

This print is of the original oil painting which was painted from a photograph I took while hiking at Harpers Ferry, WV. The ruins of Saint John's Episcopal Church reminded me of the temporary nature of this world. Built in 1852, it later served as a hospital and barracks during the Civil War before being abandoned in 1895 when a new church was built in the upper town.
